$5000 Targeted Small Business Grant to businesses that hire an apprentice or trainee!

In line with the Federal Government’s stimulus package, the Tasmanian Government will extend the current $5000 Targeted Small Business Grant to businesses that hire an apprentice or trainee! This increases funding by another $2.1 million to support businesses who take on new apprentices and trainees in targeted industries.

The health, safety and wellbeing of Tasmanians is our number one priority as we face the challenge of coronavirus. The Tasmanian Liberal Government has prepared a $420 million stimulus package to support Tasmania as we tackle the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic.
